Eco-One
Reduced Emissions Outdoor Wood Boilers

The Eco-One reduced emissions wood fired boilers
are produced with the environment in mind. By lowering the emissions
produced by this wood fired boiler system a more environmentally friendly heating system was created.
Built on the Aqua-Therm platform, the Eco-One reduced emissions boilers have
all of the same quality
features as the original Aqua-Therm outdoor wood boilers and more. A
secondary combustion chamber has been added for reducing emissions. These
systems are closed loop for a long system life, they also have the
convenient built in ash auger for easy maintenance and also use forced
combustion for a hotter and more responsive fire. Another advantage
these systems have is the low water capacity designed for quick recovery
and more efficient operations, why heat more water than you need.
Offered in three sizes, the Eco-One comes with or
without a shelter, your choice. The Non-Sheltered model is designed
to be installed in a shop or woodshed, keeping it out of the weather.

Option where you can receive your
non-sheltered Eco-One fully configured and ready for install in your
desired building. The Sheltered Model, a completely enclosed,
insulated, wired and plumbed unit is for installation in a convenient
location outdoors.
An Eco-One closed loop model boiler can be tied in directly with an
existing boiler system without needing a heat exchanger because both the
existing boiler and the Eco-One are closed systems and operate at the same
pressure. You
can also connect to a
forced air system by installing a heat exchanger in the plenum of the
furnace. The maintenance on an Eco-One is very simple with the
built in ash auger; you can empty the ashes anytime even while the fire
chamber is full of wood and burning good.
